Where are the economy, interest rates and the property market heading?

In this video Greg Clough, Onyx CEO and Dr Paul Thewlis review a recent economic report by BIS Shrapnel about the state of the economy and the property market. 

The report has received recent media attention for predicting property price growth of over 20% in major capital cities. Greg and Paul talk about the researcher's surprise at the media hype and provide their views about whether we should be getting excited where these growth figures or not.

They also comment on the recent RBA rate rise and what we can expect from interest rates over the next 12 months.
